General conditions of hiring
- Down payment: 30% A the reservation
- Balance: with the handing-over of the keys
- Supplement with the tariff: Visitors tax, (at the town of Menton) 0,90€ per day and per person

- Option Closed and made safe garage: In option 50 € by week
- Option Internet: High banc (ADSL) 20€ by week
- Option Telephone Unlimited: France Europe (10 € by week)
- Guarantee: (Deposit): 500€ for 28 days of activity beyond 800€ this deposit(warehouse) will be put back(handed) during the discount(delivery) of keys this pledge is not taken(collected) and will be returned you at the end of your stay (Except in case of damages)
- Hiring of linen: the household linen is not provided with the hiring you must bring your own or -rent on the spot...(Consult the tariffs): Click-here
- Reception: The arrivals are carried out Saturdays between 16h and 17h the departures saturday -before 10h
- Capacity 4 persons: possibility of one 5eme nobody furnish bed 1 square for a 100 € supplement for week.
- Animaux: except agreement of the owner, animals are not allowed in the appartment.
