General conditions of hiring
- Down payment: 30% A the reservation
- Balance: with the handing-over of the keys

- Guarantee: (Deposit): 500€ during the handing-over of the keys this guarantee is not boxed and will be returned to you at the end of your stay (Except in the event of damage)

- Reception: The arrivals are carried out Saturdays between 16h and 17h the departures saturday -before 10h
- Capacity 4 persons: possibility of one 5eme nobody furnish bed 1 square for a 100 € supplement for week.
- Animaux: except agreement of the owner, animals are not allowed in the appartment.
